The past couple of weeks have been a beautiful blur! Barely able to find time to get groceries, I haven’t seen the inside of a clothing store in far too long. So when it came to styling myself for date night this past weekend, I had to get a bit more creative.

For the past month or so, I’ve been looking to my closet for outfit inspiration. It has been amazing. Not only am I saving money, but I actually love giving my old clothes new life. I guess it’s actually pretty ridiculous to feel the need to constantly wear and BUY new pieces all the time but that’s what having a blog will do to you!

This little dress is an old favorite from Forever 21. I got it two summer’s ago for my trip to France. Remember it? Anyways, it’s still just as adorable as ever. And with a pair of trendy lace-ups, it feels fresh and oh so new.
