A Little Lace Dress

A little lace dress is a must-have this season and right now, this one from Ruche is my favorite. I immediately fell in love with it. Perfect for dinner parties and dressy brunches, it’s a sweet springtime addition. With mid-length sleeves and romantic threadwork, this short little number pairs well with simplistic accessories and makeup. I was headed to a windy (check out my hair) dinner party in Venice a couple nights ago and thought this dress was an easy choice.

Can’t believe it’s already Friday! What will you guys be getting into? I am thrilled because my Mum is flying in from Boston. I have lots of dates and day trips planned for us. Oh the weekend- isn’t it just a wonderful little thing?

The Spring Midi Skirt

Everyone’s favorite winter staple is stepping its way into spring.

Remember that midi skirt I wore back in January while hiking the hills of San Francisco? Well it’s making a comeback here today.

Bouncy, fun and oh so feminine it’s perfect for a daytime brunch or in my case here, a dinner downtown. There is something so inherently fun about wearing this skirt. Skipping along the city streets, I actually began to forget all about how far I was walking or the fact that I had forgotten to bring a coat. It’s the perfect alternative to your traditional evening get-up.
